How to close sales for a specific date?

Our system at GoTo Hub has an easy-to-use Calendar where you can do multiple things. This article will show you how you can use the Calendar to close sales for a particular date.

Log in to your account: https://gotobooking.io/en/login

Click on 'Calendar' in the left side pane.



Here you will see the calendar view of your tours along with their allotments and bookings for each day. The different ticket options can be accessed by clicking the small arrow just under the name of the tour, as highlighted here.



Enter the name of the tour in the Activity Filter box, select a date in the calendar, and hit Search.
If the tour in which you wish to close sales is currently inactive, you need to switch on the 'Show inactive tours' option, and then click search.



To close sales for a ticket option here, follow the steps as described below -

Click on the Options button on the specific ticket option and click Close Sales



A pop-up will appear. Click Yes.



Now you can see the ticket option is marked as red and the allotment shows zero, which indicates that sales has been closed for this date.
