How to add new dates to an existing ticket
If you are looking for how to add new dates to an existing ticket of your tour, follow the below steps.
Log in to your account: https://gotobooking.io/en/login
Click on 'Products' -> 'Activities' in the left side pane.
Here you will see a list of tours. Click 'Options' + 'Options & Tickets' on the tour/activity in which you want to add new dates.
Go to the 'Options' tab here
Click 'Create'
These are the details to be filled in this pop-up window.
6.1 Write the name of the tour/option in English. You can translate to the various languages by clicking the 'Translate' button or fill them on your own. If you want to clarify something about the ticket, scroll down and write a short note in the 'Notes' section. This is optional.
6.2 Select the date range for when this new option will be available.
6.3 Bulk Allotment (how many tickets should be available for this option and date range?). Enter the number here.
6.4 Week Days (on what days is the activity available?). If it's available for all days you can easily hit [all]. Or you press the arrow so that all days become visible and you can easily choose the days
6.5 Duration (how many hours are the activity?) Fill this in 24-hour format (e.g. 12:00, 14:00, 16:00, etc. )
6.6 Cut Off Time (how close to the start time can the activity be booked? We start counting from 00:00 which means, if you fill in 12:00 hours, the activity can be booked until 12:00 the day before)
6.7 Start Time (which time does you tour/entrance/activity start?) Mention this in 24-hour format.
Don't forget to click save before you leave the page.
The last step to do is mapping. Go to the 'Options & Ticket Mapping' tab. Here you will choose on what times the ticket should be available by simply ticking the boxes here. Or if all tickets need to be mapped to the new option you've created, click the box next to the name of the new option. Don't forget to save when you are done.
When you are done we recommend that you take a look in the front end. Go back to the tour and click on View Front-End. Check availability and make sure the tickets are available as they should.
