Set the cut off time for your accommodation

If you need to add a cut off time* to your accommodation, this is how you do.

*A cut-off time controls how far in advance guests can book your accommodation. If it’s set to 0, bookings are allowed right up until check-in. If it’s set to 24, bookings close 24 hours before check-in.

Log in to the GoTo HUB portal.
Go in to the calendar which you find to the left in the menu.
Choose your accommodation and hit search.
Click on the pencil for the accommodation type on which you wish to set the cut off time.

Select the date or date period.
Tick in the box for 'set Cut off time'
Fill in the value / hours you want to have for the period.
Click save and you are all set!
