NEW - How to set allotment and price
This article will describe how you add allotment/availability and set prices for your accommodation.
Start by clicking on the Accommodation calendar in the top left corner.
Select your accommodation in the dropdown bar and select the date periode* you want to show and hit search button (*The calendar can show up to a month at a time)
Now you will see your different accommodation types (rooms, cabins, campingspots, etc) for the selected periode.
Depending if the roomtypes have a connected rate plan or not you will see a "pencil" next to the rateplan. That is your edit function to add availability and prices.
|| || Connected rateplans means that you are able to have for example "room only" and "Including breakfast" connected together for the same room. Meaning you can offer both possibilities to the guest with a differentiaded price.
Click on the pencil and a new window will appear
Now you have the possibility to add a longer date range for the periode you want to add allotment and prices to
Check in the boxes for set allotment and set price. Fill in the number of availability for this periode and what the price will be per night.
Click on the "Save" button
Now the prices and allotments is added for the periode you seelcted and it is made available to book
Repeat this step for each type you have
