How to set allotment and price

This article will describe how you add allotment/availability and set prices for your accommodation.


  1. Log in to your GoTo HUB portal.
  2. Start by clicking on the Accommodation calendar in the top left corner.
  3. Select your accommodation in the dropdown bar and select the date period you want to show and hit search button (The calendar can show up to three months at a time).

  1. You will see your different accommodation types (rooms, cabins, campingspots, etc) for the selected period.

Depending if the room types have a connected rate plan or not you will see a "pencil" next to the rateplan. That is your edit function to add availability and prices.


  1. Click on the pencil and a new window will appear.


Insert allotment and prices

  1. If you wish, you have the possibility to add a longer date range or a different period than what you choose in the first steps.


Select dates

  1. Select the checkboxes for both allotment and price to update both fields. Fill in the number of rooms you want to have available for this period and what the price will be per night.


Set allotment and set prices

  1. Click on "Save".


Save

  1. Now the prices and allotments is added for the period you selected.


  1. Repeat this step for each room type.
