How to create a Package in the HUB

This article will show you how you easily can create your own packages in GoTo HUB.


Log in to your account.

How to login to your GoTo HUB portal

To the left, click in Packages



To create a new package, click on Create.



Now your new package starts to be created. If you click the small "?" you get all the information you need for this step. Click Next when you´re ready.



At the top of this page you can see where you are in the process and here at number 1 is where you put together the activities and accomodations that you wish to have in your package. If you know the name or the supplier you can search in the boxes at the top.
Select Products, Here you can choose to filter by name, location and supplier and you can also filter by activities and accommodations or both.
Drag and drop services to the box at the right. When you are done click Save and Next.



Now you can see a box for Package Planner which is stage number 2 in the process. Here you will select number of days for the package. Select possible start days for the package (ex. Fr and Sa for a weekend package or all if it is a package available to start all days a week).





Drag and drop the boxes of your selected accommodations or/and activities into the schedule, you will see what time it is possible to choose.



When you are satisfied with the planning, Save and a box with the text "Successfully saved" will pop up and be shown for a second.

Now you are at step 3 "Text & Pictures". Here you will fill in all details about the package in 4 steps:

Basic Details
Gallery
Tags & Categories
Features



Basic Details: You have to fill in the text in English and after that click “translate” to automatically get it in the various displayed languages. You can of course translate on your own if you wish. We recommend that you go over the text in all boxes just to be sure that you are satisfied with the translations.

Gallery:



Tags & Categories: Fill in Tags of Benefits, choose one (what kind of benefits are this package including?) and Categories. You can scroll down for options.



Click Save and you will see a green message for a short time that you have saved successfully. Click Next.



Features: Click at the "?" to get a full description on what to choose for optimal view at this page. Click Save and Finish.



Now your package is ready to activate when you want to. It is saved under Draft and you can click Edit at any time to change things. To activate the package you click on Active under Options.
