How to Connect Iticket to GoTo HUB (via Galaxy API)
In iTicket, you need to set up the connection to GoTo HUB. This may require assistance from iTicket support.
Once the connection is established, you need to provide GoTo HUB with your API key and Point of Sale (POS) ID, and also specify which tours should be sold via GoTo HUB’s partners.
GoTo HUB will create the activities and link them to the correct activity IDs.
The systems will be synchronized, and all availability and prices will be updated automatically.
Bookings will now be transferred automatically to iTicket.
Please note: If you need to cancel a booking, this must still be done in your GoTo HUB admin panel to ensure that reimbursements to guests are processed correctly.
