How to Connect BookSpot to GoTo HUB



To integrate BookSpot with GoTo HUB, follow these steps to ensure your products and pricing are correctly aligned and available for booking on the Hub.

Step 1: Align Price Categories with Customer Types in GoTo HUB



Start by matching your price categories in BookSpot with the corresponding customer types in GoTo HUB. This ensures that the pricing structure is consistent across both platforms. For instance, if you have distinct pricing for adults and children, link the adult pricing category in BookSpot with the "ADULT" customer type in GoTo HUB and similarly, link the child pricing category with "CHILD."



Step 2: Choose Products and Define Booking Durations



Next, you'll need to specify which products and booking durations will be available in GoTo HUB. In BookSpot, click on "Add Product" to select the products you want to offer. Additionally, define the booking durations for these products. Once selected, a unique Product ID will be generated for each product. Make sure to copy and save these IDs for later use.



Step 3: Enable the BookSpot-GoTo HUB Integration



To allow GoTo HUB to access your product information, you must activate the integration in BookSpot. This step ensures that GoTo HUB can retrieve the necessary data about your products, making them available for booking.





Finally, when setting up a product in GoTo HUB, navigate to the Channel Manager section and select BookSpot. Use the Product ID you generated in BookSpot to connect the product to GoTo HUB.



Once these steps are completed, your BookSpot products will be successfully connected to GoTo HUB, ready for customer bookings.
