How to change the date of an existing ticket
At GoTo Hub, we understand that availability for certain products changes from time to time, either due to the season or special circumstances. Worry not, because changing dates is a breeze, thanks to our convenient system. Follow the below steps to update an existing ticket with new dates.
Log in to your account: https://gotobooking.io/en/login
Click on Products + Activities on the left pane.
On the tour you wish to update tickets, click on Options + Option & Tickets.
Go to the 'Options' tab, and click Options + Edit on the ticket you wish to update
A pop-up will open with the existing details of the ticket. Click on the small calendar icon on the 'Date' box
Click on reset - the date range gets reset
Select the new start date for the ticket
Select the new end date for the ticket
Click 'Save'
If you wish to change the duration, start time, or cut-off time, that can also be done in this pop-up window. Don't forget to click 'Save' after making the changes.
Here is a small demonstration of how to change the date range for a ticket -
Note: Since this is an existing option of the ticket, the Bulk Allotment is already set. If you wish to change the allotment for an existing ticket go through this article
