How to change the availability/allotment
Log in to your account: https://gotobooking.io/en/login
Click on Calendar on the left side.
Now you see all the tours/activities that you have created on the left side.
Click on the tour/activity that you want to change allotment for and a calendar will open up with the different option(s) that is connected to the tour/activity
Start by selecting the date in the "date" box that you want to start out with for changing the allotment.
Then Hit "Search button"
Now you can do multiple things in this calendar view
Now you can select to close down sales for a whole day and all options with just a single click.
Just click the red button on the specific day called "Close Sale".
If you want to change one option for a specific date or a date range, select the correct option and set the correct allotment that you want.
If you want to change an all options for a specific date or a date range, select the correct option and set the correct allotment that you want.
