How to change the availability/allotment of an existing ticket

Our convenient system at GoTo Hub allows updating an existing ticket with ease. We understand that allotment/availability (i.e. number of available booking slots for an activity) for certain activities may change, either due to special circumstances or season. That's why our system has an easy-to-use Calendar that allows you to make such changes in a jiffy! Follow the below steps to change the allotment of an existing ticket.

Log in to your account: https://gotobooking.io/en/login

Click on 'Calendar' in the left side pane.



Here you will see the calendar view of your tours along with their allotments and bookings for each day. If a tour has different ticket options, that will be indicated with a small arrow just under the name of the tour, as highlighted here.



Clicking the small arrow expands all the various ticket options along with details like the start time, duration, number of available slots, and number of booked guests. There is also an 'Options' button as highlighted here.



To change the allotment of a ticket option, click on the 'Options' button on the specific ticket option under a tour and follow the steps as described below -

Choose the date range for which you want to set a new allotment
Enter the new allotment
Click 'Save'

The calendar view doesn't have the option to change the days of the week when the activity is available. To change the date rage, start time, days of the week, etc., refer to this article.
