How to add GoTo HUB as an agent in Bilberry

This article will show you how you add GoTo HUB as an agent in Bilberry.


Log in to you Bilberry account. Click on 'Customers'.



Click on ‘Overview’.



Click on ‘Add new customer’.



Fill in all the info boxes with the respective customer contact information.

A customer is a need-to-have for everyone that will be invoiced, either they are a private customer, a company customer or an agent. When you create an agent, it is a lot of the same process, except you select ‘yes’ for being an agent.

Select ’Yes' to be an agent.



Choose if to allow log in or not.

Allow login:
This gives the agent an agent login where they have their own view of the products that you choose to share with the agent. The agent can easily book your available tours through the calendar.



Choose the commission the agent will have. The commission lever for tours with GoTo HUB is 20%.



Click on ‘Create’.



This is the customer card with all the information around your customer/agent.



This is the list of all your agents. You can find the list of all your agents if you go to your left menu: Customers → Agents.



Final step in the integration is:
- Copy the token that belongs to the tour(s) that we are going to integrate
- The specific tour ID for every tour that we are going to integrate
- Create the following URL and send us the details: https://[COMPANY NAME].bilberry.app/api
- Send the token and the tour ID's to your GoTo HUB contact and we will take care of the rest
