How to Reduce Allotment for Accommodation

1. Log in to your account.

2. Click on Products + Accommodations on the left hand side

3. Click Manage + Set Allotment

4. Select the date you want to start reducing Capacity/Availability to by clicking "Start Date"

5. Select the end date of the period you want to reduce Capacity/Availability to by clicking "End Date"

6. Click "Room Type" to select roomtype/accommodation you want to reduce Capacity/Availability to.

7. Now click on "Set Options"

8. Enter "0" in the Allotment box and and check off the price and the cut off time. End with "Update Setting".

9. When you are satisfied with the selection, end with "Save Setting" and the setting will be updated immediately.
