How to change date on a booking

To cancel a booking, please read and follow these steps below. **IMPORTANT: **Even if you have a connected system to GoTo HUB, you still need to cancel the booking in GoTo HUB not only your main activity booking system

Log in to your account: https://gotobooking.io/en/login
Click on Reservations on the left side, under Reservation

You can view bookings for Tours, Accommodations, and Packages, by choosing the option here.

Scroll to the right on the list of bookings, and click Options.

Click 'View' to get a complete view of a booking

On the Reservation Details page, scroll down a little and find the button "Change date"
A new window will appear where you can select available dates and timings (if applicable)
Select the preferred date and time and press "Save"
The system is now updated and new confirmation emails is sent to gues

GoTo HUB uses the financial software "Stripe" that offers automatic payouts to linked bank accounts. To connect with Stripe and receive payments, follow the below steps.

|| Before you start , please make sure you have downloaded Google Authenticator or similar for a 2 factor authentication

Log in to your partner profile on www.gotohub.no
On the right side, you will see "Connect with Stripe". Proceed by clicking on it. You'll exit GoTo HUB's Portal and enter Stripe.com

If you already have an account with Stripe and want to use the same one, then enter the email address, log in, and you're all set.

|| For any questions regarding Stripes signup process; please contact Stripe Support.

If you are new to Stripe, the registration takes approximately 10-15 minutes.

For new users Stripe has a "Know Your Customer" process (KYC) and therefore will be asking a few questions related to:

Log in to your partner profile on www.gotohub.no
Click Sites in the left pane and then click Widgets.

Click the blue button "Copy Header Script" in the top right corner. The script gets copied to your clipboard automatically.

Adding a header script to your site

Go to the admin section of your own website and find out where you can inject this header script. If you are not familiar on how to do this yourself, send the copied header script to your website administrator and ask them to add the script to your website.

Log in to your partner profile on www.gotohub.no
Click Sites in the left pane and then click Widgets.

Create a tour booking widget

|| Widgets can be created for each individual tour.

Click on the "Create" button and a pop-up opens.
Enter a name for the widget. We recommend to choose the same name as the tour for which you're creating a widget.
Choose 'Tour Booking Widget' in the Widget Type drop-down.
In "Tour filter", you need to choose the tour for which you want to create a widget. Scroll and choose the right one. | If you can't find the tour you are looking for in this drop-down, you will need to add it into your Product Catalogue first.

|| There are two types of tour booking widgets. If you want to create a tour booking widget with pictures and text content, you can click the box "Show tour details"

Click Save.
